HOUSE’S RULES

The customers find the establishment in perfect condition, the facilities clean and all the elements working properly. Upon arrival at this establishment, they will be informed of the rules of use and will be accepted when signing the registration form.

• Customers will pay the price of their accommodation at the time of arrival (in cash), and complete the registration forms that are requested by the owner.
• The customers will follow the established schedules for the occupation and the abandonment of the house, consulting the owners in all cases regarding the time limits.
• The crockery and cooking utensils must be left clean and correctly placed in the corresponding place.
• THE FACILITIES WILL BE MAINTAINED IN PERFECT USE, EACH OBJECT IN ITS ORIGINAL PLACE. In the event of any damage occurs THIS WILL BE COMMUNICATED TO THE HOLDERS OF THE HOUSE.
• Customers are responsible for keeping the home properly closed in their absence.
• It is prohibited to cook in the fireplace.
• The utensils of the terrace-viewpoint will not be used inside the house or vice versa.
• In the event that Customers bring dogs/cats, they must pay a deposit of 50 € upon arrival. They are responsible that the animal is not left alone in the cave (you must take the pet to all exits made), that does not climb on furniture, beds, sofa or dirty the house with their droppings or urine and cause any damage to the facilities, having to collect the excrements that your pets deposit in the common areas as the terrace-viewpoint and you will have to pay the costs in case of any damage. The Customers will be the only ones responsible for the possible civil liability derived from the actions on third parties of their companion animal.
• The Customers will have at their disposal the Claims Forms to be able to record their complaints.
• The Customers will have at all times at their disposal the holders of the establishment for any type of consultation or request.
• In the case of using bicycles, Costumers will have them in perfect condition and mechanics, making them a rational and non-reckless use, and being responsible in all cases for the actions and consequences on themselves and third parties, derived from the use of such bicycles.
• The owners will reserve the right to check, before the departure of the Customers of the accommodation, if they find all the things in their correct place.
• In the event that the customers, during the stay, decide to leave the accommodation before the previously contracted date, Cuevas el Torriblanco will not refund, in any case, the amount of the difference between the contracted and the enjoyed stay.
• The accommodation will be occupied solely and exclusively by the number of people indicated in the registration form, people whose identity has been registered at the entrance to the cave.
